As an educator, I feel it’s my job to help guide my students to be successful in many aspects of life. It is important for me to establish a respectful, independent and hard working classroom environment that transfers out into the school and community. We all learn differently, I want to show my students no matter how you learn, you can do anything you set your mind to if you put the work in. I want my students to want the best for themselves, to have a growth mindset all throughout life and to remain lifelong learners. As an educator, it is my job to make sure my students are successful not just in my classroom but outside of the classroom as well. We are setting our students up for their future and really, they are our future too.
